Lack of interactive learning environments which inhibiting learning experience between teachers and students are another major issue in Turkish educational system. For this reason, education is limited by a one way communication which lowers efficiency of teaching process. In addition, parrot fashion based education system is not able to focus on competence development.
In Turkey, issue related learning environments is a conscious one when considered obstacles on providing quality education. Besides defining learning environments as only equipment or toolkit needed for education, this study also indicates the significance of interactive and innovative environment.
