The team made an application to develop a product that will be permitted in a penal institution regarding its content and material, in order to create a bond between the kids and the outside world.
Define, Ideate
The team observed that teachers are not idealists like they were before, when it comes to choose a profession. They also came to the conclusion that the number of teachers who chose their profession willfully is dropping. They acquired the insight that the training teachers receive at faculties of education is no longer sufficient for the 21st century.
Prototype, Test, Develop
The Omega team focuses on prospective elementary school teachers. The team is planning to create an online platform where the prospective teachers can observe how long they have come and track their improvement, after their internship is complete. The team also intends to enable the person who is keeping a track of the prospective teacher’s internship process to give some feedback.
