The main objective of the “Quality Education” theme, which is one of the 17 Global Goals determined by the United Nations, is to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. Which issues get in the way to the “Quality Education” goal? Which ones can be solved with entrepreneurship? S360’s Research on Problems, carried out with literature review, interview with experts, focus group and field analysis methods, found various problematic areas in Turkish education system. The education system, based on rote-learning aims that the students learn by heart, which results in failing to develop competence. Furthermore, the standard and centralised education models prevent individuals from supervising their own needs and revealing their potential skills and competences. Finally, faced with disadvantages on the basis of various reasons, such as sex, region, etc. some children have limited access to education. Social issues which can be solved through the social entrepreneurship model have been identified. For a re-design, these questions are asked: How can we use technology as a facilitator to develop a model which can be tailored to the students’ interests, talents and needs? How can we design learning environments featuring interaction, allowing to learn from each other, and encouraging to develop competence? How can we make it easier for disadvantaged groups to access knowledge and skills?
